A Summer Family Photo Session

It is always a pleasure to photograph this family as Michelle is one of my closest friends! Fun fact: we met in high school, ended up at the same college totally coincidentally (same major as well), and now we work for the same company! She is truly my work wife and such a good friend. 

We met up at one of my favorite Bucks County, PA parks on a gorgeous summer morning. One thing that I love about my hand-picked locations is that the drive to get to them is an adventure on its own! This route takes you through some of the most beautiful parts of Hunterdon and Bucks Counties and over the Delaware River. There’s horse farms, open fields, quaint towns, old farmhouses, and antique bridges. I find it calming, which is what I want every client to feel before their family photo session with me starts. 

We almost thought we had to reschedule, but it’s a good thing we didn’t because the sun came through and ended up being perfect! I love how it was peeking through the trees. Everything was bathed in this beautiful, golden light.  

Little J. was adorable and had just learned to walk; he was SO excited to explore with his new freedom! Petey, their wiggly, cuddly, Goldendoodle was so well behaved, and I think enjoyed doing some modeling for the camera.
